The Narasimha Aarti is a devotional hymn sung in praise of the Hindu deity Narasimha. It is commonly sung in temples of ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. The aarti is recited in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India, and consists of a series of mantras or sacred verses. The Narasimha Aarti is a beautiful expression of devotion to Narasimha, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu who took the form of a lion to protect his devotee Prahlada from the evil designs of his father, the demon king Hiranyakashipu. The aarti is a reminder that God is always present to protect and guide us, even in the midst of difficulties and challenges.
