About Maa Mahagauri Aarti

Maa Mahagauri is one of the most revered goddesses in the Hindu pantheon. She is the consort of Lord Shiva and is worshipped as the giver of wisdom and knowledge. She is also known as the goddess of beauty and fertility. Maa Mahagauri is usually depicted as a beautiful woman with four arms. In her four hands, she holds a lotus, a trident, a drum, and a conch shell. She is usually clad in white or green, which symbolize purity and fertility. Maa Mahagauri is worshipped during the nine nights of Navratri, when Hindus pay homage to the nine forms of the goddess Durga. On the ninth night, which is also known as Maha Navami, devotees offer special prayers and perform aartis to Maa Mahagauri. The aarti is a devotional song that is sung in praise of the goddess. It is usually accompanied by the ringing of bells and the waving of lights. The aarti is a way to show our devotion and love for Maa Mahagauri. It is also a way to seek her blessings and protection.
